Biography
From Kerala to Riga to Poland: how a student from India built an international group.
- Early years
Kerala and Bangalore
Grew up in Kerala and was educated in Bangalore, where he worked briefly before moving to Europe for higher education.
- 2015
Riga Technical University, Latvia
Began his European journey in Riga. Travelling across Europe, he identified Poland as a market with strong potential, and by the end of the year had chosen to build his business there.
- 2016
Co-founded Arcon Overseas, Warsaw
Co-founded Arcon Overseas Ltd. with Abdul Nizar Veeramangalam and Lena Wach to provide outsourcing to the building and construction sector, gaining first-hand experience of European regulation, taxation and business practice.
- 2019
Launched the technology business
Started Arcon's technology arm and established Arcon Overseas Consultants Pvt. Ltd. in Kerala, beginning seven years of research and development in travel technology.
- 2021
IWA International and Arcon Foundation
Moved the growing outsourcing business into IWA International, where he is President of the Management Board, and founded Arcon Foundation. Began delivering projects in Belgium.

A lifelong partnership
Married Lena Wach, co-founder and CEO of Arcon Holdings.

Expansion across Europe and the Gulf
Extended operations to Slovakia in 2023 and Finland in 2024, then to the UAE with Arcon Group LLC in Sharjah Media City in 2025.
